Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through our website.

Liability

RPV ADVENTURE COSTA RICA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your tour. We ensure that all safety measures are in place, but participation is at your own risk.

Reservation Policies

For events that could happen beyond our control (such as extremely high water) we may change to a more-suitable tour with an equal or similar adventure-appeal so you don’t lose a fun day in Costa Rica. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions & will only run a tour according to our policies. SAFETY is our #1 priority and full refund is given if (on rare occasion) no tour is run.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to trip departure will reimburse 90% of the total price after any commission this transaction may take. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to trip departure will reimburse 50% of the total price after any commission this transaction may charge. No shows or cancellations made the date of your trip will not get reimbursed. You may transfer the trip to another date, any date transfers must be made within 72 hours prior to trip departure. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions to these policies.
