Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes through our website.

Liability

RPV ADVENTURE COSTA RICA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your tour. We ensure that all safety measures are in place, but participation is at your own risk.

Reservation Policies

For events that could happen beyond our control (such as extremely high water) we may change to a more-suitable tour with an equal or similar adventure-appeal so you don’t lose a fun day in Costa Rica. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions & will only run a tour according to our policies. SAFETY is our #1 priority and full refund is given if (on rare occasion) no tour is run.

Cancellation Policies

Flexible Cancellation Policy We understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexibility while protecting our operations and guides. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your trip. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before departure will be charged 50% of the total trip price. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Date Changes • One free date change is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before departure. • Date changes are subject to availability. Substitution • You may transfer your reservation to another person at no additional cost. Weather Policy All rafting trips operate rain or shine. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather or river levels, Ríos Pura Vida reserves the right to reschedule the trip or offer an alternative date. Operational Adjustments In rare situations such as extreme weather, river conditions, or insufficient reservations, the company may need to adjust the itinerary, reschedule, or cancel the trip. All prices are in US dollars.
