Welcome to Costa Tours! By using our website and booking tours through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy ◦ $15/person cancellation fee will be assessed on any cancellation ◦ Cancellations made within 72 hours of trip departure will forfeit 50% of the total trip price ◦ No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of trip departure are subject to the entire trip price However, you may substitute another person with no penalty, OR you may transfer the trip to another date within the same rafting season. Any date transfers must be made 72 hours prior to trip departure and we can only allow ONE date transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to these policies. Normally all of our trips are a go, rain or shine. Once in a while, due to unsafe circumstances, RPV must cancel, reschedule or transfer a trip. RPV reserves the right to make itinerary changes, if necessary, due to water fluctuations, weather conditions, insufficient reservations or other factors beyond or out of our control.

Reservation Policies

For events that could happen beyond our control (such as extremely high water) we may change to a more-suitable tour with an equal or similar adventure-appeal so you don’t lose a fun day in Costa Rica. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions & will only run a tour according to our policies. SAFETY is our #1 priority and full refund is given if (on rare occasion) no tour is run.

Liability

RPV ADVENTURE COSTA RICA is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your tour. We ensure that all safety measures are in place, but participation is at your own risk.
