We believe life shouldn’t be hard on anyone, so we strive to make a positive impact on those around us. When paddling with us, you’re not just enjoying a hassle-free trip but also playing your part to help the ones in need.
In line with our community goals, we’ve launched Remando Por El Pueblo, which means ‘Paddling for our town.’ This special event charges a small symbolic fee to paddlers, but the great news is that 100% of it goes directly into helping people in need, particularly those battling cancer. Plus, we use the money to pay for basic necessities of the deserving, such as:

When driving social good, we keep Guarderías (local childcare centers) at the forefront of our serving goals. Since many families count on these government-supported centers for their children’s upbringing, we believe it’s a good chance to offer a loving hand to the little ones. Even if the government support doesn’t suffice, Rios Pura Vida’s will.
Our team joins hands from time to time, sponsoring these centers with small gifts, treats, candies, and even cakes for the children’s birthdays. We understand that not every kid gets the special treatment they deserve, but our initiative makes it possible for everyone to experience the joy of a birthday party.
Although this might seem small, it means everything to small, pure souls who rely on tiny gestures for their happiness. At Rios Pura Vida, we celebrate these events in full swing, letting every child know he’s valued, cherished, and deserves as much love as any other privileged kid.
Sports keep a community healthier, happier, and away from potential negative influences. At Rios Pura Vida, we’re proud sponsors of male, female, and children’s soccer teams, ensuring everyone has an equal chance to show their potential. Since sports keep folks off the street, we’re on a mission to keep the community’s soccer enthusiasts fully resourceful.
For instance, we provide uniforms, equipment, and other necessary supplies to keep these players focused on the game instead of the stressors. We believe that everyone with passion, regardless of their age and social status, deserves a chance to live their dream. Holistically, the game brings positivity within society, and we’re honored to play our role in the journey.
There’s no better way to help a community than by facilitating the education sector, so we ensure our role extends to the sector, too. Unfortunately, many students from low-income backgrounds miss out on their true potential only because they cannot afford school trips. These trips offer great insides beyond classrooms, offering incredible learning experiences.
